Anymore

by Slaughtered Pixie   May 3, 2005

Let's stay in the dire darkness
And talk to the shadows at home
Ask them if they have any friends
Or if they are alone

Tell them about our day
And everything we did
Confess to them our secrets
Confess to them our sins

Tell them of the pain
We are caused every day
Show them all the scars
That won't ever go away

Ask them to pass out the blades
And we'll pierce our scarred arms
Who would've ever thought
That teenagers could cause such harm

I can't take the yelling and screaming
Over everything that doesn't matter
Over the towels not being washed
Or over the dog getting fatter

Now we're bleeding and dying
On the wooden floor
I'm sorry mom, I'm sorry dad
I just can't take it anymore

**I wrote this when I was angry and depressed.**
