The Kindred Soul (not a poem)

by Robert S. Velez   May 6, 2005

The kindred soul
In life we find ourselves surrounded by the fears of our past, also fears for our future. In these fears we find our true purpose and strength. Through the journey of torment and sorrow we find people who share our worries, share our uncertainties. In kindred souls we find release from the pain, release from the worries that haunt us through the night, in this action we find inner strength and the sense of peace. For in our lives that Is what we all really ask for is peace. we are what people fear to become, we see what people can’t even conceive, we live the lives most people have nightmares about, we are the kindred’s born to live in darkness searching for light but no matter how hard the road is we are never alone and we never will be.

that's true. Every word has such a deep meaning to come together for a sorrowful purpose. The end is really good.
