How To Let You Go?

Why did you leave me like this?
After all we've gone through,
What is ahead of me?
What am I going to do?

All I know is I haven't been better,
I'm still missing you.
I live every passing day,
Just staring into the blues.

Why did you lie to me?
You told me you'll love me for long.
Now I'm broken into pieces,
Everything just feels so wrong.

I know I've done some silly things,
I know I've been a fool.
But why do you have to treat me so bad,
Why do you have to treat me so cruel?

As I'm writing this poem,
My eyes already started to tear.
Without you, my world is so cold,
I hide under all my fears.

Many times, I cry and ask God,
"Why did it turn out like this?".
I kneel down and cry,
Thinking of how much you're being missed.

I often ask myself,
"When is it going to be my last cry?"
Up to now I still don't know,
I love you too much - That's the reason why.

Can you please tell me,
The secret to letting you go.
I need to move on with life,
But how? Right now, I still don't know.
