Why me

by dyingxpassion   May 8, 2005

She hated life
Nothing ever was right
Sitting in her room
Crying every night
As she grabbed the blade
She cut her wrist
Bleed all the pain away
Simply just wanting to fade
Into another place
Where people would finally see
A smile on her face
She didn't wanna be here
But it was her life she feared
Sick of the pain
As tears fell from her eyes
Like rain falling from the sky
Just wishing she could die
She was lost in this world
Just looking for her place
Where she could win this race
But as she put away the blade
Then reflected on her arm
And what she had made
Wiping away the tears
Wondering why she was still here
She knew someday
This would all end
There was nothing she had left
Not even her true friends
So she lied down in her bed
She closed her eyes
When falling asleep she whispered
why me
