My Beliefs

I use to believe in God
But now I've suddenly stopped
I use to go to church and pray
And be something that I'm not

I started questioning a lot
Not just out of nowhere giving up
I had too many questions no one could answer
It just didn't seem to all add up

Beginning to research
Finding answers of my own
More confused by the sight
From where different people say we've grown

Looking it witch craft
Trying to succeed in spells
And if there really is a God
Hoping he won't hold it against me for questioning and send me to Hell

I stopped saying the pledge
Taking it under oath
Remembering to stay seated
Not having to say "to the republic or democrat" why can't it just be both

So right now I believe
Just what I believe
And this is the end of my poem
