Laid To Rest

Sleep my child and you shall see;
The dreamland within ones mind.
Wander along the hidden groves walls;
Walk the paths and see what you find.

Close your eyes and see what's hidden behind them;
Let make believe set you free.
Forget about tomorrow;
And dream of all you wish to be.

Dance among the lonely stars,
And ask the moon why she smiles.
Sail the seas the hold so many secrets;
And walk the shores of its hidden isles.

Watch the wind dance with the trees;
And the birds sing the song they sway.
Join them as they become one;
And let the wind gently blow you away.

Sleep my child and you will be free;
From pain and bitter reality.
To live a life;
Without ever feeling its brutality.

Love and living what you cannot here;
And come back to me to fight another day.
Be laid to rest;
And sleep your troubles away.

For what you dream so shall you become.
