Kiss My Niece

by Sexy Cherry   May 12, 2005

Kiss my niece farewell is all that came to mind.
As I watched her lay in her casket and wish time could rewind.
She hardly had time to grow, have fun or even learn.
But it seems as if her life was too short because she took a wrong turn.
This will be the last time I will see her lying in her deathbed.
Then only one thought kept running through my head.
I will never have a privilege to teach her some stuff.
Like "that times can be easy but it can also be rough."
"See you later" as I kissed my niece one final time again.
"This is only the beginning you haven't faced the end."

This is dedicated to my niece Kiana Amber Rose Ortiz.
