My Shrine

by Noir Fleur   May 13, 2005

The shrine...covert and secret.
I hide it from people who make fun
No one would understand my love
that will keep going and never done

The shrine consists of your hair,
your clothing, your homework...
I'm a bit embarrassed because
you probably think I'm a dork.

I've followed you around,
everywhere you go.
I'll follow you to the end of Earth
in the rain, sleet, or snow.

My shrine also has paparazzi pics
that catch you when expecting.
All day long, I'll sit and wait,
critiquing and inspecting.

My shrine has your ABC gum,
your band-aids, and your tissues.
If only you knew about my shrine,
you'd think I had issues.

My shrine, as freaky as it is,
demonstrates my love for you.
If my shrine was to ever be ruined,
I wouldn't know what to do.

My shrine will always be unbroken.
it shall go on forever.
It shall remain till the end of time,
eternal, ending, never.
