Fear

The fear that stabs you in the heart
and make you blood run cold
came flooding over me as soon as i picked up the phone
something was wrong of that i was sure i could hear it in your voice
the word you said sent chills down my spine and terrified me even more
theres been an car accident you said with mom and Mary
we don't know anything yet i heard you say through sobs and falling tears we are on our way to the hospital and well let you know as soon as we hear but until then whats that going to do for my fear

    That poem is so sad. You seem to have captured the moment and explain it in a way that no one else ever could, and I mean that sincerely... As you were describing what you felt in the poem I couldn't help but feel them as well. If this is a true poem/story, I hope that everything is ok with you and your family
