Everytime

by brokenXwings   May 22, 2005

Every time your hand touches mine
I want so badly to cross that line,
But something inside stops me.

Everyday this feeling inside me grows
And in my heart, it always knows;
It dreads the day when you'll have to go.

Every hour that passes without you,
Slowly changes my optimistic view.
Your absence always leaves me wanting more.

Every minute I hear your voice
Confirms in me, that I made the right choice;
To be with you, and not alone.

Every second I look in your eyes
Is a second without all the lies,
That I've often mistaken for truth.

Every moment your lips touch mine,
It's like the heavens have sent me sign;
Hold on tight, and don't let go.

Every single thing about you
Makes me believe me when I say,
"I love you too."
