Pretend

The pain is overwhelming.
Will it ever end?
Abolishing any memory.
I wish I could just pretend.

Pretend like there is nothing wrong.
Make you believe im fine
Make us get along.
Keep your feelings of me divine.
=========================
Just to pretend for 5 minutes.
Would be so great.
If only you knew.
The amount of pain you, yourself create.
=========================
Pretending is a deception.
One I wish I knew.
The only reason I want to pretend.
Is because in reality, I do.
