Her Fate

by Lindsey   May 23, 2005

I stare at the mirror seeing myself,
Knowing the person staring back will kill herself.
Nowhere excepted, never been loved,
Has been tortured, neglected, and shoved.
She knows her life has no meaning.
Her conscience fights in a battle with fate leading.
Her fate is to pass with life long despair.
Nothing can damage what was never really there.
False existence, time, and mistakes,
Filing life, this is all it takes.
A shift in death's design
Can kill a life which was once mine.
