Caving In

Your walls start to cave in
There’s no escaping now
You get stuck in that one spot
Getting out? You don’t know how

Everything builds up
Only because you let it
You never speak your mind
It’s a stupid thing I have to admit

Those emotions will stay inside
Forever unless you let them out
Being able to say it
I highly doubt

Locked up inside your body
Your soul gasps for air
You locked it up for so long
All your body does is stare
