Rejection Since Birth

by fred   May 27, 2005

I don’t know why she done it,
She properly never liked me anyway.
I felt like a fool to think of it,
And to believe we had a chance.
I didn't care about it,
But the more I thought it hurt me.
She could have helped me through it,
She could of made me happy.
But now it dodoesn'tatter,
She’s already said no.
I truly loved her,
I could feel a spark.
She was new to my school,
Only been here 4 weeks.
She said I didn’t know her enough,
And she didn’t know me.
She may not be interested in me,
But I'm still interested in her.
We can still be friends,
But I will still love her.
All I wanted was a friend,
Someone who cared about me.
I’m all alone again once more,
Hiding in the dark afraid.
