Memories

There once was a furry elephant
Who ate corn dogs on a stick
He liked to walk by the store
Filled with all the hicks.

He once ate a flamingo
That tasted very crusty
Along his way to eat
Where the tables were very dusty.

At the hard rock cafeé
There were fireman doing their job
The hot guy’s name was tom
While the other one went by bob.

The elephant loved the fireman
He even got his picture made
He treasures it like gold
Or a fortune he got paid.

He loves to say, “that’s hot”
Like paris Hilton says
Or shout out to hobos
who don't own a bed.

He doesn’t like the Mexicans
How they take up too much room
They need to go to Africa
On the other side of the moon

This is the story
How I went on a trip
And had so much fun
It made me want to skip.

Nashville was the bomb
With all the 8th grade
The elephants did exist
Standing in the shade.

*dedicated to JESSI !! my coolest friend ever! HECK YES!* your grandpa lost one of them in the war.. where they buried him!
