Bringer of Pain

by Nikki   Jun 1, 2005

I'm the bringer of death
I'm the bearer of pain
I make helpless mortals like you
feel immeasurable amounts of pain.

I do not care who I harm
It doesn't effect me
Pleading will not help
Death will make you see.

I like my job
I like what I do
But what I really love
Is to bad to be true.

If you led my life
And saw what I have seen
You would soon realize
The reason I'm mean.

If you saw me early
If you tasted my tears
You would know my unhappiness
My glooms from the past years.

If you look into my heart
Saw my very soul
You would see the color black
Something set in stone.

If you gated down on me
A passion you would see
A fire burning in my eyes
A longing to be free.

But I can never leave this place
I shall keep my job
And forever walk at night
Wooing people with my song.

I'm the bringer of death
Immortal true
I'm the bearer of pain
What are you?
