My Temptation

Happiness is what I feel
When your arms are wrapped around me
Sadness is all I feel
Because I know we will never be
There are no feelings there
What we have is just a little fun
As soon as I leave your house
All the smiles are done
What you want is nothing more
Then a few good lays and a good time
Nothing that we do
Will continue down the line
I don’t know what to do
Because like I always tell you I care
And I don’t want to get hurt
This isn’t fair
Why am I always the one to get attached?
Why can’t I just let go
Why do I develop feelings
When you don’t want that and I know
I know how bad you’ve been hurt
And I am sorry girls treat you bad
It kills me to look into your eyes
And see that you are sad
I guess I will just do what you want
And make the best out of this situation
I will try to hold back my feelings
And let go of my temptation
