You said you be there

We talked all night what seemed for hours. We had broken up a year earlier. You said you wanted to see me, I said i missed you too.

You told me to call you, the very next day, to make plans for a summer's fun filled day.

In the morning i had called, you said you would come later.. I asked, for sure are you coming? you said yes, that you'll be here.

Later that night, it was getting dark, you hadn't called or showed up. I called your house to ask what's up? Your mom said you were resting up.

I was mad, did you forget? You told me last night, and this morning you were coming sure bet. You said you love me, you said you cared. But if you did you wouldn't have done this on a dare.

I said i I liked you and wanted you back, forever together, do you remember saying that? It's been about a week and i still heard no word. Do still love me, or was it a joke?
