One Night Stand

On this night I first set my eyes on you,
I was lost in my emotions; there was nothing I could do,
From across that crowded room I could feel it,
My body was luring towards you; I have to admit

I know its nothing more than a simple desire,
But if there’s a flame, why not start a fire?
Nothing to lose and everything to gain,
Come over here, there’s nothing to explain!

As the music pumps through my chest,
I can just hear your infatuated request,
“Come with me to a place unknown,
Leave everything behind; turn off your phone”

Watching his footsteps as I Following his lead,
I’m becoming impatient; I can feel my need,
He’s sensing my lust, and before I can realise,
He spins me towards him; I see the same in his eyes.

Up in the privacy of his bedroom,
I can finally give him some of that boom boom,
To us the night has just begun,
And its now we experience the real fun.

Getting dressed and walking away was hard at first,
But I knew we had both quenched our thirst,
There was nothing more to do or say,
Just knowing it will happen again someday!
