Here i go again
in a downward spiral of hell
i took my own life again
like its a never ending spell

i made my way up
the roller coaster of death
i mad my way down
my whole life's ahead

is this how its always going to be
up and down will moods of rage
smiling today but dying tomorrow
as forever as my age

i scream yet i laugh
i cry yet i smile
i don't know who i am anymore
as it is an upward spiral

again comes the crimson tears
pouring from my soul
there goes my life again
as nothing will make it whole
