Really good poem, i can relate to it alot, especially:

They tell me “Sarah you look ill, hun what is wrong”
“Nothing guys I am fine” all I can do is play along
Why can’t I just tell them how I really want to die?
Why must I deceive everyone and live in my own lie

This...even if the rest of the poem had sucked (which it didn't) these last two lines would have made up for it. This poem was excellent. The mood and atmosphere was conveyed very well. I don't know what else to say, but excellent job. Kudos.
