Pain and suffereing

I can see the hurt in your eyes.
All the pain you bear inside.
It's killing me to know
there's nothing I can do
to take away the pain you fell so deep inside.
It hurts to watch you suffer so much...
to see you endure so much pain and suffering.
You did nothing to gain this hate,
yet you take so much in.
The worst part,
I'm your best friend,
the one thats supposed to be there,
to make everything ok.
Yet I don't know how to make you smile once more!
