Mirrors

Okay, i didnt write this, a friend of mine who recently passed away wrote it, Chloe Montgomery, and i just wanted to share it with you:

She was trapped in a world of mirrors: the floor, the ceiling, the walls. Everywhere she looked she was staring at her imperfections. The circles under her eyes, her chapped lips, all of it was magnified. Every time she turned around she was staring into the eyes of the image she grew to hate. Every time she screamed for help, a voice she didnt want to hear bounced back at her. A punishment for her vanity. She would sit there picking away at her flesh until she couldnt take it any longer. She took off her high-heeled shoes and threw them at her glass prison. The room shattered with her still inside. She was lost in shards of broken glass...and she was so beautiful.
