Final Farewell

by Artemis   Jun 26, 2005

She jumped off the chair, with her head in the noose.
It took hours to kill her, for it was a bit to loose.
About this stunt, she figured no one would care.
Right after she died her parents found her there.
They slowly took her down
And looked at her with a frown.
When her friends heard the news they went over there,
So they could see their friend and really care.
They read the note left by her,
And realized their eyes were a blur.
She thought everyone had hated her, had wanted her dead,
She was wrong, but she had that thought stuck in her head.
She thought she did a favor for everyone,
But that wasn't the truth and there was no time for fun.
They really did care about this girl and they all knew her well,
For now it was time to say their final farewell.
