Life

by your sweetest sin   Jun 29, 2005

Doing drugs may seem cool
Destroying the body-oh what a fool!
Flying high feels so right
Killing your soul-your future once looked so bright.

You take it the first time to be part of the crowd
Your brain needs more it's screaming out loud
All your friends have left you, you're all alone
No money, no family, no one to phone.

Your body is broken, abused and torn
No one to turn to, no one to call
If only you had listened to what your parents had said
You wouldn't be lying in this gutter so lifeless, so dead.
