Fate

Her silent tears
Her silent fears
Unheard by all, hidden away
At night she cries
Blood flowing slowly
Unseen by all, she hides it well
She goes to school
Comes home at night
To bleed and bruise again
Each day it becomes easier
For others to hurt her
Blood coming almost without pain
She sees him, the cure
What she really needs
For all the pain to stop
They bond, friends at first
It takes a while for him to admit
His true love for her
Eventually He takes her in, loving her
Her world slowly mending
He played his trumpet
Only for her to hear
Those breathtaking blue eyes
Pulling her in each and every time
Holding her as his breakable doll
Always and forever, he said
She drank in his words, her cure.
Until that fearful day,
Her worst fear, heartbreaking
He let her go
Breaking his doll
Her silent tears
Her silent fears
Unheard by all, hidden away
At night she cries
Blood flowing slowly
Unseen by all, she hides it well
Except for him
He knows and sees all
He just...
Doesn't care
