I Changed With You

When I first used to date,
I used to never care.
I used to date girls,
Because I just liked their hair.

I was very shallow,
And would date any pretty girl.
But now that I look back,
It makes me want to hurl.

And one day I changed,
And liked a girl for who she was.
I didn't date her for just her looks,
Or just because.

I really liked her,
And got to know her well.
I made sure she was safe,
And caught her when she fell.

We were in love,
And had lots of fun.
But in an instant,
It was over with and done.

I found out she cheated,
And hate filled inside.
And at that point,
A part of me died.

But you have to remember,
Theres always one more.
That girl wasn't worth it,
She was just a wh-re.
