Life doesn't Always Go Your Way

Life doesn’t always go your way.
Sometimes you can’t say the things you need to say.
Sometimes people don’t believe your truth, but instead they believe someone else’s lie.
All the thoughts inside your head are left unspoken.
Your eyes are filled with tears and your heart is broken.
Why can’t they see?
The truth lies inside of me.
She’s the one who’s lying.
Yet I’m still the one who’s crying.
You have no proof that what I say is a lie.
What do I have to do what do I have to try?
I have admitted my wrong,
But she still pretends that she didn’t do anything wrong.
