I Still Love You

by Margaret   Jul 5, 2005

You bought her lies,
Did not attempt my truth,
Believed a rumor,
That blew over.

Your mad, I'm sad,
About stuff I did not say.
Just so that you know,
You've threw a good friend away.

I'm not going to run back when I'm hurt,
So heres what I have to say now.
I don’t care how you feel about me
I don’t like you any more,
And that’s how it’s going to lay down.

But please remember,
That when you need a friend.
I'll be holding your back,
right till the end.

As much as it kills me,
It’s for my own good,
to throw you out of my life.
I'll never be hurt
I'll think of you as a jerk,
For now you won't be missed.

So right now,
A broken heart lay.
Waiting for your return,
Still to this day.

I know you've fallen,
For a cheap talking.
Girl who may be thin,
But sometime please call me again.
