My Only Friend....

I want to say I'm sorry
For what I just might do
And I hope you understand
That it helps me to pull through

This life I just can’t take
There’s to much pain and strife
And all this pain has forced me
To turn and use my knife

The knife is all I have
It’s the only one who’s there
And I’ve come to the conclusion
That it’s the only one who cares

So now ill take this knife
And with it ill rid my pain
Because now I’ve come to find
That I have nothing left to gain

The blood is my release
Its drains my every fear
And it always lets me know
That in this world I am still here

I don’t know why I do this
And I wish I could explain
But I just cannot keep living
With this never ending pain

And as sad as this may sounds
My knife’s my only friend
And one thing that I'm sure of
It that it’ll be there til the end…
