Some Scars Don't Heal

To the my friends and the world
I'm smiling, happy and content
But look inside, n see my eyes have died,
and my smile only hides my sorrow as a disguise.
For all my life there have been many
bruises, cuts, scrapes, and hurts
Though no matter how much i wish it,
My scars inside just wont heal

And when my spirit asks me "poor child,
Do you still feel the pain,
of the scars that wont heal?"
I cannot answer threw my tearful sobs
But when she stares into my hopeless eyes
She knows that i only weep 4 words
for my voice cannot speak the secrets
that my eyes can tell- 4 words
"some scars don't heal"

Scars of my heart, scars of my soul
Scars from my sorrow n fear
Scars...of the past
Scars...that just wont heal

So when i ask my spirit, my Angel,
My savor and true friend
When will all the misery end,
and mercy be brought upon me?
I only see one silent tear run down her cheek
As my eyes softly plea for her help
but all she can respond to, will great regret
Is that...."some scars just don't heal"
