I was raised n abandoned
Landed on a planet
Full of chaos n havoc
Hearing automatics
Steady unloading clips
Looks like the government doesn’t give a sh!t
We got problems of our own here n the streets
Don’t understand why u sending our families over seas
We got young men n women risking their lives every single day
Running n dodging bullets strapped with their k
Standing up for their country for which they stay
Doing whatever it takes not to end up in a grave
When I look outside Its all the same
People fighting over territory n colors or what people say
Now I look back n push them days away
We have children join gangs at a young age
Cause they got nothing left n a heart full of pain
Once I was like that almost drove me insane
Slowly cut my wrist to see the blood drain
I’m glad it didn’t work n i\'m still here & not 6ft. deep
In eternal sleep
I just wish all the fighting would stop n everyone can have peaceful dreams
And not let this chaos slowly murder me
