Lost Love

by Stephanie Ricks   Jul 13, 2005

Raging waters,
Massive wind.
Echoing voices,
Of sorrow and sin,

Anger is about,
And hell is at the edge.
A prayer is answered,
As awe fills one\'s head.

Deceit and betrayal,
Forgiveness and regret.
Are a part of these last moments,
Foolishly spent.

He said he\'d do anything for you,
But most of all share his love.
He lost his world and his life,
When you gave up.

He was broken when you left,
Nothing could ease his pain.
As he left this world,
He vowed to never love again.
