Everyone somewhere is hating life and want out
Wishing they were someone else with no doubt

Wanting to be the cheerleader dating the jock
Thinking life wouldn't be hell it would pretty much rock
But I bet the cheerleader wishes they were someone else too
She hates life because her grades are bad no one ever knew

Wanting to be the daughter of the mayor in town
Because she is so well known by everyone around
But I bet that girl wishes she was just someone normal
She hates life because every where she goes she has to look formal

Wanting to be the captain of the basketball team
People looking up to you was always your dream
But I bet she wants to do something new
But her dad wont let her its something she has to do

Wanting to be the girl with the beautiful singing voice
Getting up on stage fearless would be your top choice
But I bet that girl hate life because of a boy
Her heart he just felt the need to destroy

Wanting to be the person known as the clown at school
Being known as funny would be so cool
But I bet that person covers up their feelings with a joke
Because on the inside they truly are broke

You never know what is behind someone's smile that they show
Somethings you would never guess nor will you ever no
You think someone has it good but they to want to be someone else
You cant see it but they are crying for help
Wearing a tattooed smile and a permanent mask
Hiding their feelings with giggles and laughs
When your wishing someone is too
