problems disappear.

We've known each other
for years now,
and always felt
something we couldn't understand.

Now we know
what that feeling is
that started those
years ago.

But we're scared.
We're scared to
open our hearts
and release our souls.

We're scared of
judgement and
broken hearts
and rejections.

They don't approve
of our relationship.
They don't want
us to be together.

They don't approve
of the lifestyle
we have chosen
to pursue,
so they shun us
and push us away.

But we care
about each other,
so we'll continue
to care and
ignore everyone else
because of this
unseen love.
