Broken Heart

I knew this day would come,
I knew it from the start.
She mad me angry,
That she didn’t tell me it all.
It did not last long,
Just like most of the others.
She said she needed to study,
And did not need a boyfriend.
Why do I make these choices,
Thinking that someone actually liked me.
I was so sad that day,
Everyone felt so sorry.
I cried so much that night,
The blood kept pouring from my heart.
All I wanted is for someone to love me,
But instead all I got was pain.
Why is it when I love someone,
It causes me so much misery.
Maybe it wasn’t all my fault,
She maybe wasn’t the right one for me.
Every time I look at her,
She seems so happy.
But when she looks at me,
She sees me so sad.
