The perfect 2

by hunnibunnz   Jul 18, 2005

You have such a wonderful mom and dad,
Just like mine, who I wish I still had;
So I took yours as mine when we became one,
Adding a daughter, to a family of eight sons.

One day I turned around and you were there,
You wanted to know who I was with my long black hair;
I looked straight into your big blue eyes,
I felt as if I was floating in the skies.

You opened your arms to hold me tight,
Making everything feel just right;
The love and warmth I thought I'd lost long ago,
Within my whole being began to flow.

Your touch was all I needed to feel,
To help my heart began to heal;
You were so tender, loving and kind,
How in the world- was I able to find?

A man as young as you in age,
Yet could make my emotions flair in rage;
You made me feel as young as you,
That nothing could beat us-The Perfect Two.
