My sis amanda was killed in a car acident

When you loose someone you love
you always want to look above
i lost a sister this past year
and now i am in such great fear.

now your gone and i don't know what to do
i sit around and just think of you
i wish you were hear to help me through life
i wish i could undo what has been done to you

you were only 19 with a life ahead of you
but your life was taken away within seconds
you fell asleep but jerked yourself awake
then you slowly started closing your eyes

you missed the guardrail by 2 inches and your car got rapped around a tree. and that was it your life had just ended.

i miss you sis
you had so much to look forward to
but it was all reduced into a jar of ashes.

this poem if for my older sister Amanda who was killed on October 31st 2004 in a tragic car accident in
Greenville NC.

    hey im kristin you commented on one of my pomes an i thought i would pay my respects an see why you are going through the same thing i am! it's horrible that you lost your sister and it's hard to deal with i lost my boyfriend and my best freind because they were driving home drunk and a year has passed an i still feel kinda mad about the whole thing everytime we went out i would always tell them that they should stop driving drunk becasue it would cause their death one day and when i got that call i was terrified i still think about them day in and day out i still cry i have not gotten over it but i just wanted to tell ya that everything happens for a reason i think he's watching over me he's saved my life many times and has taught me many lessons and someday hopefully not too soon we will all be in heaven and they will be there waiting for us with open arms take care great poem the best ones are the ones that come from the heart!

    Oh my gosh...this poem in so sad. I can't imagine living through something like this. I hope that everything is ok and that you keep you're head up. And I know that these are just words of a stranger and they don't mean much, but I really do hope that everything turns out ok.
