Some of the phrases and last words of the sentances seem too common and are used way too often. tyry and mix them up a bit, and add more meaning to the poem; it'll sound much better.

This poem is beautiful, it conveys so much emotion through stratigically chosen words and rhyming patterns. i love it.

I liked this, some of your words are very nice and the imagery fits well. I'd suggest adding something on the end cause to me it sounded like it was endinga bit prematurely. Anyways, nice write :)
