It is good, A wonderfully emotional poem, you managed to portray feelings and worries incredibly well, The poem worked well and flowed into each line perfectly...

I feel like your brothers girl friend in so many ways cause im telling u right now pple do notice... it might take them a while but they notice and whether we {ourselves} like it or not they want us to change but whats more they want us to change WITH them! Maybe u have problems with ur folks or maybe some friends but w/e the reason u simply cant give in... we just met but im here for u cuz i have been there and done that all ok?!? as for my belimia poem my friend told me to write it so I would eat! it didnt work very well but i tried

^That last line threw me off...it doesn't really make sense...maybe "and they have known for years" or "and it has shown for years" ...something like that.

In the third stanza: "and I want to help your out of this Sh*it" - *you (out of...)

"I know it's not that good" - Don't say that! You think that, you do not know that. I find this poem very good. It is touching and written very nicely.
You have a way with words...the wording makes it read well...

Oh, and I like the ending...it's meaningful...I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
