Just Another Suicide

Its on the news and in the newspaper
How a young girl killed herself and no one could save her
Front page titles "Teen Took Life Again"
Another time the knife surely did win
On the news it says "Another Suicide Story"
It's like an everyday thing and no one needs to worry

All the viewers can see is what the camera's speak
Because for the answers why no one did seek
They tell everyone her father found her in the bathroom
To see a deep bleeding wrist wound
The knife was next to her right hand
Her father tried to call 911 but he couldn't stand
Paramedics arrived with disappointment on their face
One said "Teens are letting themselves down what a disgrace"

No one understands why she seemed to have a good life
No one thought she would end it with a knife
She had friends and did well in school
Maybe everyone was blind and were just a fool
But no one got to deep into thought or the could of seen
What that Little girls suicide did mean
They just thought it was a boyfriend break up
And she punked out when things got rough
So they refer to this story as another one gone
Someone who couldn't hold on someone who wasn't strong

This girl lived a life full of hell and tears
Waking up everyday to no hope only fears
She was tortured at school and made fun of on the bus
Her best friend let her down and broke her trust
He parents always fought and didn't get along
Every time she thought she was right someone proved her wrong
She was raped when she was only eleven
She couldn't take anymore she thought it would be better in heaven

There is so much you cannot understand about someone's suicide
They didn't tell they had too much pride
What you think was just "another death" was someone's hell
They hated life and themselves but you could never tell
They wanted to save themselves they at least tired
But no one cares it was just another suicide
