Unchangeable

Troubled times flash through my head
I'm just laying here confused on my bed.
nobody's around I'm all alone
that's how it's been in this lonely home.
I'm so glad i met you so glad you came
since we've been together things aren't the same.
you rescued me from loneliness
and of all my friends you are my best.
you always make my day
you turned the skies blue when they were gray.
you make me smile and make me laugh
you made me whole when i was half.
there's no one out there for me but you
that's why i wrote this because it's true.
we shared good times and we've had bad
there are even times when i was sad.
there were times i felt like i was in chains
but no matter what my love for you
...will never change.
