One, two... *nursery rhyme with a twist*

One, two, what are you?
Three, four, are you sure?
Five, six, you have any tricks?
Seven, eight, I'm filled with hate,
Nine, ten, ill get a pen,
Eleven, twelve, into my vain ill delve,
Thirteen, fourteen, wont live to be a teen,
Fifteen, sixteen, the knife in the kitchen,
Seventeen, eighteen, i lie here waiting,
Nineteen, twenty, my body lies empty.

*what it means*

~1, 2= i find the blade
~3, 4= should i cut?
~5, 6= what does it do?
~7, 8= why i do it
~9, 10= a pen to right a letter
~11, 12= i start to cut
~13, 14= I'm going to die
~15, 16= i find the knife
~17, 18= I'm waiting to die
~19, 20= I'm dead
