That tsunami....

On that day i woke up after Christmas,
i went down stairs too see my family round the t.v,
i looked over them to see...
a mass destruction,
of brown water,
washing people from their feet,
at the bottom of the screen,
THOUSANDS DIE IN ASIAN TSUNAMI,
at that moment my heart sank,
my dad was out there in India,
INDIA WORST HIT,
my face went white,
i was on fright,
i couldn't sleep all through the night,
i hoped my dad was still alive,
and as i went too bad i said my prayers,
for the people too survive,
why did it happen in the middle of season,
so many people died without reason...

for all the people lost in the tsunami......
