The Black town

by katie!   Jul 28, 2005

The streets are paved with mournful souls
Voids of darkness emanate from blackened holes
Hatred resides constantly in the eyes of the people
Under the shadow of the blood red steeple

Night rules over the town draped in shadows and pain
Workers become enslaved by insanity's reign
Candy coated words cover poisonous lies
Hidden within many shadows lie the snakes red eyes

Stalkers unveil themselves to happiness cost
With nightmare fingers and black eyes so all is lost
Lava flows through the veins rather than blood
Rivers break under the force of the black water which floods

Acidic tongues and flowers in a funereal song
Temples of agony shatter those who are wronged
Executing those who revolt against power
Sending the distraught a single black flower

Bouquets of tragedy masked with flawless pain
Wounds remain open on those who remain
Infectious diseases causing amounts of displeasure
The vultures circle the henchman's torturous leisure

Thunderclouds spit words with the ongoing downfalls
Armies of distress answer murderers calls
Butchery and massacred survivors are none
As the clouds of polluted thoughts destroy the sun..
