My Angel

I once saw a girl with angel wings,
How calm and serene she looked.
What heavenly song she softly sang,
And with that my heart she took.

How could I forget that enchanting beauty,
With eyes of endless blue.
She looked so stunning and lovely,
Was what I saw really true?

Now I stand here paralyzed,
Afraid to take a step.
This angel has gotten me hypnotized,
And so this is how we met.
