The Unwanted

by Dayne   Jul 29, 2005

"Nah... I'm the writer but not the poem's character... better read this one... comment on it pls."

Today of sullen mood,
I give up of searching,
Almost restless and morbid,
But still tough of breathing.
I see them being guided,
I only walk alone,
With my heart unoccupied,
But there’s no way to mourn.
I haven’t been cared,
Of anyone who crosses my way,
I stare and bound to weep,
Forever’s just a bad day.
Never have I become visible,
To the eyes whom I wished for,
Plainly blinded of unbearable truth,
In this world I have no store.
Never seen the brighter side,
Only flaws I loathe about,
Been a mirror’s number one enemy,
Everything I see, I always doubt.
Never had a good friend,
But foes to haunt for years,
Only to find out that world is evil,
I’m lived with hate pain and fears.
Now I see the world won’t last,
People are born, then they die,
To live here is some stupid trick,
The end is to let our souls fly.
And now I’m just up here,
Seeing blurry things down me,
Whispering I have wings to use,
Glad it’s time to be free.
And if anyone would find me somewhere,
Take my body as if I’m saved,
I just want to wish before I descend,
Please cry as you visit my grave.
