Frozen in the coldness of being alone
I look up to see them turn their backs
They will no longer stand by me
Trust has been betrayed and broken
My friends and foes have united against a common enemy
The ones I loved have left their mark
They took a part of me with them
And now know longer look as they used to
Looking back I remember how they used to be so vivid
So alive
Now all I can see is grey smudges standing in their place
They’re all the same to me now
All that stands before me now is a brewing battle
Me against the world
It’s a just punishment
