A Hateful World

There's a world of peace,
Deep down under,
But nobody seems to need it.
All I do is wonder.

There is hate,
When there should be love.
People call names,
And they push and shove.

There's a war going on,
Soldiers getting hurt each and every day.
Their loved ones staying up all night,
Praying that they'll be okay.

All I want is a world of peace,
And everyone to get along.
All I ever think,
Is how did this turn out so wrong.
