Love rain

I glance out the window to see your face
you walk to the door with a quick pace
i run to the door and beat you there
but when i open the door all i can do is stare
you turn on your heel and walk the other way
all i can do is watch not knowing what to say
i call your name as the rain begins to fall
you look at me saying nothing at all
I'm glade the rains falling so i can hide me tears
hiding my feeling after all these years
i pour out my emotions not knowing what else to do
you walk closer to me whispering "I've always loved you"
falling to my knees all i can do is cry
i see you kneel next to me with a deep sigh
we sit there together in the pouring rain
thinking to my self "life will never be the same"
we kiss each other deeply , rain falling from above
as a sign from heaven that i have found my true love
